Consumer right to return products

Under Distance Selling regulations, our customers have seven working days, from receiving the good(s), within which to cancel the order. On cancelling the order, the consumer has a reasonable time to return the product. Within these regulations, no site could or should charge and administrative or re-stocking fee if the purchase was cancelled within the original seven days.
